It was our first time to visit the Bahamas. I was excited.

shopping in Nassau
We found one and he loves it.
We visited this Dunkin' Donuts/ Baskin Robbins shop for a morning snack. What a great combination for a store.

We could not resist stopping by the local grocery store. When traveling to other places we always like to go in grocery stores to see what foods are sold there. We are always comparing it to the foods we can get in Guatemala.
My boys like pirates and we saw a lot of pirate stuff in Nassau.
After shopping we took a tour on a horse and carriage.

the boys were tickled to see a Burger King there
cold drinks, snacks, and news papers
We passed Zion Baptist Church while on the tour. Our driver told us that Baptist work was large there. In addition to looking for grocery stores, finding churches is another thing we like to do when traveling.
We ended our visit there with a stop by Starbucks. We enjoyed some coffee and free wi-fi.
The ship sailed out in the late afternoon. Here are some photos I took as we sailed away.
Me and Cruz at supper that night. With all the fancy food options available Cruz most always chose a hot dog.
Ben and David
We ended the evening with the boys going to Camp Ocean and us going to see the evening show. We enjoyed late night ice cream again before calling it a night.
Next up- Freeport.
