Before leaving Gadsden, AL on our way to Tennessee we made a morning stop by Noccalula Falls Park. My sister-in-law had been there before and recommended we go. She thought we would like it and we did. It was a beautiful, breezy morning and perfect weather for walking around outdoors. We got there early and beat the crowd. By the time we left after lunch it was getting busy.

The first thing we did was board the Chugs Express. The train will take you all around the park with stops at each attraction. We didn't stay on long because once we spotted the lion below we had to get off and let our boys get an up close view.
you know they loved seeing this!
We then walked over to the petting zoo.
There were more animals to see and pet inside this old barn.
Ben liked petting this rabbit.
Cousins- Sawyer, Larsen, and Cruz (with Ben playing in the background)
David, Robin, and Sawyer
There were many old buildings like this one all over the park.

We especially loved the rainbow!
Our group- me, David, Ben, Memaw, Aunt Libby, Robin, Sawyer, Cruz, and Larsen
After looking around at everything we headed over to the park. You know my boys are crazy about a playground!
They had a wonderful playground area!!!
even the big kids had fun, ha
Before leaving we walked next door to the Jack's restaurant and got lunch to-go. We brought it back to the picnic area and ate outside. It was a perfect way to end our time there.
We spent the next four+ hours making our way to our cabin in Pigeon Forge. Because of all the morning activity the boys slept most of that time. Ahhhh.... that's how we like to travel, ha.
