Reflecting

We have spent our weekend celebrating David's birthday. We always try to do something fun as a family each year. Since having kids I have tried to get a family photo on each holiday and special occasion. Here are the ones we have taken on David's birthday since Cruz was born. I'll treasure these forever!

This was 2010. We visited the Pacific Ocean near the town of Puerto San Jose, Guatemala. Cruz was just a little over 2 months old. It was David's first birthday as a father.

This was 2011. We celebrated at a hotel near Santa Elena, Guatemala. Cruz was 14 months old.

This was 2012. We drove back to the Guatemala Coast to celebrate. Cruz was 2 years and 2 months old and Ben was just 3 months old.

This was 2013. We went to a water park near Zacapa, Guatemala. It was David's 40th birthday. This was the same place we went to celebrate my 40th.

I just love being a family!!! In just a few short years we have already made a lot of great memories. I look forward to many, many more to come!
