The Guatemalan coast is not developed at all compared to neighboring countries. Our hotel was one of a few nice places to stay there. The beach in Guatemala is definitely not a tourist draw but for us "locals" it's a great place to go hang out for a few days. The beach has black sand and the ocean current is way to strong for swimming. The water is beautiful though!

I would like to know why the teams from FBC Covington, (especially the Medical) have never been introduced to the beaches of GTM? LOL

While no longer in the deep-freeze here in Canada, I won't be jumping into the water any time soon. Thanks for showing me beautiful scenery and someone not in 16 layers of clothing.
