Greetings from Guatemala!
This year is going by so fast. It is hard to believe it is already
June 1. That means our Stateside Assignment is quickly approaching. We have a lot of fun things
planned for our Stateside time and are getting more and more excited as
the time draws near. Pray for us over the next few weeks as we begin to
pack, secure our belongings, finish our Bible studies, say our goodbyes,
and leave. It is exciting to be going to our other home for a while but it is also
hard to leave the home that we currently have and love.
We
wrapped up the school year in mid-May and are now enjoying our summer
break. I feel a little lost not having that normal daily routine but at
the same time I am glad to have some unscheduled days. A big thank you
to each of you who pray for our homeschool. Those prayers keep us
going!
We
have a team arriving Sunday from The Church at LifePark in Mt.
Pleasant, SC. It is one of our partner churches. Pray that our time
of ministry together would be fruitful. The majority of the team is
youth and we are excited about getting to expose them to missions. Pray
for a great week. Pray for safety of travel, for good health, and for
divine appointments to share our faith with the lost.
Once
the team leaves we will spend some time doing follow-up and then
closing out our time here. Our next update should say "Greetings from
Mississippi". We hope to be seeing many of you soon.
