On Thursday we flew home to the States for our annual vacation trip. Our flight left at 6:24 which meant we were up bright and early at 3:30 to get ready and get to the airport. It was a long day of travel!
We took this photo about 4:15 before our taxi picked us up.
Cruz was very excited about getting on the plane!
One of his favorite books lately is Eric Carle's "Little Cloud". He loved looking out the window at the clouds and talking about his book.

Both boys did very well on both flights. We tried to keep Cruz well entertained. He spent his time reading,
coloring,
watching Elmo,
looking out the window,
and sleeping.
I have this same photo with Cruz and I when he was about Ben's age on his first trip to the States. He is wearing that same carrier.
I think Cruz enjoyed riding the "train" just as much as the flights.
