David ordered a Limonada con Coco.
It is a fresh lemonade drink with coconut in it. It was very tart yet very sweet.
The restaurant advertises that they serve
1) the best hamburger in Antigua
David tried the hamburger and thought it was pretty good (background). I ordered the quesadillas.
and 2) the best brownie in town
I will agree it was VERY yummy!!!
We eventually figured out why they make these two things so good. The co-owners are from Nashville, TN. They stopped by our table to introduce themselves and quickly picked up on our Southern accents. It was good to chat with some other Southern folks.
Not only were their drinks refreshing, their food and desserts delicious, but they also had live music playing. We stayed a while after eating to enjoy some of the music.

It was a fun night out. Next Friday will either be our last night in the hospital or our first night at home with our new baby. Yikes! We plan to enjoy these last few days before his arrival. We are considering it the "calm before the storm". LOL
That restaurant looks great! But more importantly, have fun with your new baby! How exciting! And, oh! Congratualtions!
