Three Weddings & an Anniversary

We spent the weekend in the town of Sayaxche'. We were invited there to attend an anniversary service for one of our Baptist churches. Sayaxche' is three hours north of Coban in the Peten.

The service was packed! People came from all over to help them celebrate. In addition to the service, there were 3 couples that got married. We were excited when we learned that there was going to be a wedding. This is a photo of the couples marching in.

After the service we ALL ate a meal together and then we returned to Coban. (We took very few photos on this trip)
