IMB Mission Family Christmas Party 2015

On Sunday evening we attended our annual mission Christmas party in Guatemala City.  This year it took place at the Hurst home.  In comparison to Christmas parties past we were few in number but that did not keep us from having a wonderful time together.  There was a lot of laughter throughout the home that evening and I am glad we were there to be a part of it.

The Hursts had several hats and props for everyone to play with.  My boys really enjoyed them.

Our meal consisted of baked ham and several side dishes and desserts to go with it.  It was delicious!

After our meal we opened presents.  The MK's always exchange names and get each other gifts.  The adults always bring white elephant gifts. This year the adults changed things up and played the dirty Santa game with our gifts.  It was fun and brought a lot of laughter.

Later in the evening Billy popped popcorn and all the kids went up on the rooftop terrace and watched a Christmas movie.  It was a little chilly that night so the adults stayed inside and talked.

It was a fun, fun evening and I am looking forward to the time that we can all get together again!
