Another zip line

We love zip lines so any time we hear about a new one we always want to try it. Another missionary told us about one in Pana. Saturday morning before we drove back to the city we did it. This was the highest and funnest one we have done yet!
It was a long hike up the mountain to reach the first of 8 stations. You more or less hike up the mountain and then zip line down. We were pretty high up but had AMAZING views of the lake and volcano's as we zip lined down. Hiking up-

At one point on the hike we came to a lookout where there were monkeys around. It was cool to watch them swing and play in the trees and to be so close to them.

We walked across several swinging bridges to reach the top. Most all of them had beautiful views and some were close to the waterfalls

When we finished our guide invited us to do a small obstacle course they had. It was hard but fun. Here are a few photos of us trying it out:

After the tour we stopped for lunch at the Hotel Atitlan and ate on the patio overlooking the lake. It was a great meal with great views.

It was a nice way to end our weekend. We drove back into the city for the night and returned to Coban today (Sunday). We had a really good Thanksgiving holiday.
