Father's Day 2019

Our Father's Day celebration was simple this year.    We had just had a volunteer team leave the day before so we were all tired.

We began the morning with a pancake breakfast (no surprise there, right). Cruz helped me prepare it.  He wanted to serve heart shaped blueberry pancakes.  We made one big heart from me and two little hearts from Cruz and Ben.  He also asked me to make the letters B,D, & E.  They stood for Best Dad Ever.  How sweet was that?  This was David's Father's Day breakfast.

The boys had made him a card and gave it to him at breakfast.

We took a few pictures before heading out to church.  We had a great day of worship.

After church David chose to eat lunch at Pollo Campero.  We then went home and took long, much needed naps.

We got back out that evening for supper and did some walking around town.  Antigua is so pretty at night.

It was a simple day but still a time to show our appreciation to David for the great way that he leads our family.  We are blessed to have him.
