My mama had us lots of balloons waiting for us when we arrived home Thursday night to the house where we are staying. She had gone earlier in the day and put them out. We started seeing them as soon as we turned into the driveway. Cruz loved it! It was a sweet surprise.
My mom and dad came over first thing Friday morning to see us and the kids. We spent the whole day visiting.

My mom brought the boys some gifts to open. You can see by the look on Cruz's face that he enjoyed that.

My dad has always loved old cars. He recently got this one. Cruz LOVED it. He played inside it for the longest time and then we took it for a spin. Friday was a beautiful fall day and perfect for a little joy ride.
It told my dad that it felt a little like being in a tuk tuk, haha.
My dad drove first and then I drove us home. I think I had just as much fun as Cruz did.
