A few weeks ago David sent out a request to the whole missionary community in Guatemala asking if anyone had a bicycle for sale. He only got one response. That one response was from a man who only lives about 5 minutes from us and he said that he had several bikes just being stored and that he would be happy to loan David one to use for the entire time we are living here in Antigua. What a blessing that was!!
We picked it up the other day. He was able to choose the one he wanted, and he has been going all over town ever since. It has really come in handy for "honey-do" errands I have had, for running to the grocery store, and for circumstances like yesterday evening when our toilet broke and he had to go into town to buy a new part.
He's like a kid with a new toy!
