Monday Missions Moment

As the Christmas season comes to an end, so does the emphasis on the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering.    This will be our last Monday Missions Moment post for the year.  Regular giving through the Cooperative Program along with your annual gifts to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering is what supports over 5,000 Southern Baptist missionaries worldwide.

In this post we wanted to include a personal video that highlights some of what we did over the past year.  Your gifts helped support us and allowed us to go and serve.   Thank you for giving, we are honored to go!!!

  11. How wonderful... There's just my hubby and me but every year we place three Christmas stockings (and of course in Florida we don't have a fireplace LOL) One is a "Happy Birthday Jesus" stocking which every time we pass by we put in some money, and take it to church for our Lottie Moon offering Sunday. How nice to see it in action. Funny thing, is, as our friends and guests learned what that was all about, THEY put money in too!!! LOL
Hoping your SITS day is great! (stopping by from SITS)

  13. Oh man!!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this!!! The video is amazing! It brought back some great memories - been on many missions trips, including Belize and Nicaragua! I am SO EXCITED that SITS picked a missionary to spotlight! That is awesome! I LOVE missions - it is so close to my heart! (I teach a course on it in the Christian school I work at) - and love to find missions blogs! I will definitely be following you! Congrats on your baby! Be blessed! My fiance and I have a heart for missions - not sure where/what God has for our future, but I know missions (at least short term) will be a part of it! This made my day!: )
