It was a dirty job, but someone had to do it

For we are to God the aroma of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing. 2 Corinthians 2:15
Last week in the clinic the doctors took several urine samples to test for different things. When they were finished with them they put them all in the trash can. At the end of the clinic as we were cleaning up and packing up to leave we remembered that they were still there. Someone needed to go dump them so that when the locals went through our garbage they would not find them. David immediately volunteered me to do it. At first I said NO!, but then I thought, "how bad can it be????" Well, it turned out to be a little worse than I could have imagined. The smell when I opened those cups you cannot describe in words. I was literally convulsing and about to get sick at my stomach. I had to dig through the garbage can and find all of them and make sure they all were poured out. It was not an easy task.

I may be smiling, but I was not very happy. haha

  2. Someone had to do it and I'm glad it was not me. The trip album is great. I enjoyed reliving last week from the air conditioned room I am now sitting in at the Pharmacy. It was good to get home but my prayers are with you & David and Bro.Miguel and Bro. Roberto as they work with the people of Se' Seb.
