I love a parade!

"How great is the love the Father has lavished on us, that we should be called children of God!" 1 John 3:1
This week is our town's annual fair. Today started with a children's parade. There are other parades scheduled for tomorrow and Saturday as well. Today, though, was for all the children. Most of them marched in groups with their schools. They were dressed in many different types of clothing. Some wore western wear, some sport themes, some formal wear, some wore their school uniform, and even some wore their traditional indigenous dress. It was very cute!

Regina's tutor had grandchildren in the parade. When she came to tutor this morning, they decided to walk uptown and watch the parade together. Mrs. Jane went with them.
Here are a few photos:

Here are a few of the videos I took:

The little boy in the video below was soo cute. Once he got going, he did not know how to stop

  6. Those little darlings are precious! I'm always a sucker for kids in western wear: between the hats and the way that they pick up their little feet to walk in the boots, I just want to squeeze 'em!
